Call for Applications – Xpande Digital 2025 Support Program – Mallorca Chamber of Commerce
Its main objective is to support companies in Mallorca in designing and developing digital internationalization strategies that enhance international sales through e-commerce and improve their digital presence.
Description
Xpande Digital is a program led by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Mallorca Chamber of Commerce. Its goal is to support SMEs and self-employed professionals in expanding their businesses internationally.
This call is aimed at SMEs that wish to promote and strengthen digital marketing as a key tool to improve their positioning in international markets. The program provides up to 9 months of support to help companies enhance their digital presence abroad through the design and implementation of a digital marketing action plan, backed by direct financial aid.
The program is structured in two phases:
- Phase I: Advisory Services. The company will receive a free, personalized service from the Chamber of Commerce’s expert advisors. This includes a detailed analysis and guidance on areas such as digital positioning, internationalization strategy, and online sales. The outcome will be a tailored Action Plan.
- Phase II: Implementation and Financial Support. In this phase, companies will receive financial assistance for expenses incurred during the implementation of their International Digital Marketing Action Plan. Companies may justify expenses up to €5,310, of which €3,210 will be covered through direct aid.
The granting of aid will adhere to the principles of publicity, transparency, open competition, equality, and non-discrimination, and will be subject to budget availability.
The Xpande Digital Program Management Unit will oversee the procedure, while the Director of the Projects Office will be the competent authority for its resolution.
