Financing line through participatory loans for Spanish SMEs with the aim of supporting innovative business projects, promoting their growth, consolidation and internationalization and strengthening their competitiveness.
The ENISA Audiovisual and Cultural and Creative Industries Line is a public financing instrument designed to support the growth, consolidation, and competitiveness of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the audiovisual, video games, and cultural and creative industries sectors.
Financing is provided through participatory loans with no requirement for personal guarantees, allowing companies to strengthen their financial structure without diluting capital or committing additional collateral. This instrument is designed to accompany business projects with growth potential, facilitating strategic investments focused on innovation, professionalisation of management, product development, and expansion into new markets.
Eligible projects may cover a wide range of activities, such as the creation and production of content, the development of audiovisual technologies, digital tools for creation and distribution, innovative business models, technological platforms, technology-based creative solutions, or any product or service that provides a distinctive value proposition within these sectors.
The line is particularly aimed at companies with a viable business model, a balanced financial structure, and a team capable of executing the project, thereby helping to strengthen the innovative business ecosystem linked to culture, creativity, and the audiovisual sector in Spain.
Requirements
- Be an SME in accordance with the European Union definition, with headquarters in Spain.
- Have its own legal personality, independent from its shareholders.
- The business project must demonstrate technical and economic viability and incorporate an innovative business model or clear competitive advantages.
- Co-finance the project’s financial needs (equity funds must be at least equivalent to the loan amount).
- A balanced financial structure and professional management.
- Submit filed accounts for the most recent closed financial year; for loans exceeding €300,000, an external audit of the accounts is required.
- Activities in the real estate and financial sectors are excluded.
