Participatory loans for entrepreneurs.

The financing line aims to provide the necessary financial resources through loans to address the required investments in the initial phase of your business project. Currently, startups and recently established SMEs with projects that offer a competitive advantage can benefit from this financing line.

Through this initiative, ENISA aims to co-invest and support startups in their initial expansions or private capital rounds aimed at fostering their growth.

Requirements

  • Being an SME, following the European Union's definition.
  • Having legal personality.
  • Established, at most, within the 24 months prior to the application.
  • Conducting the main activity and having the registered office in the national territory.
  • Having an innovative, novel, or clearly competitive business model.
  • Co-financing the financial needs associated with the business project.
  • Equity capital must be at least equal to the loan amount.
  • Demonstrating a balanced financial structure and professionalism in management, showing technical and economic viability.
  • Depositing the accounts of the last fiscal year in the Commercial Register or another applicable public registry.
  • Operating in a sector other than real estate or finance.
