Spain Pavilion at Web Summit Lisbon 2026
Take part in the Spain Pavilion at Web Summit Lisbon 2026 and connect with investors, corporations and global startups at one of the largest technology events in the world.
Red.es and ICEX Spain Trade and Investment will support, for the tenth year, the in-person participation in the event through a Spain Pavilion at Web Summit Lisbon 2026 for startups, SMEs and stakeholders of the technology ecosystem in a high-impact international environment, aimed at generating business, investment and global visibility opportunities. The event will take place from 9 to 12 November in Lisbon (Portugal).
Participation in the Spain Pavilion allows companies to be part of an institutional delegation with access to exhibition space, a networking agenda with investors and corporations, B2B meetings, training activities and support services before, during and after the event. In addition, selected startups will be able to access the event's own tools, such as a profile on the Web Summit platform and the possibility of participating in international competitions such as the pitch.
The programme is designed to maximise the internationalisation of Spanish companies, facilitating their positioning in the Iberian and global technology ecosystem, as well as the identification of growth, collaboration and investment opportunities.
In last year's edition, the event brought together more than 71,000 professionals from over 160 countries, including more than 1,500 investors, more than 2,700 startups and 2,100 journalists.
Requirements
Companies that meet and demonstrate the following requirements will be eligible to participate in the Spanish delegation at SLUSH 2026:
- Participants must be Spanish companies or institutions legally incorporated in
Spain and with their tax domicile in Spanish territory. - Their main activity must be carried out within the technology sector.
- Startups certified by Enisa will be considered technology companies without the need to provide additional information (ICEX and Red.es will carry out the relevant checks through the Enisa database to verify that a company holds this certification in force).
- For the rest of the companies, each case will be assessed based on the information provided, and additional information may be required if necessary.
In the case of companies, they must have authorised the Department of Customs and Excise of the State Tax Administration Agency to forward to ICEX information on the foreign trade of the applicant company. Link to PROCESS THE AUTHORISATION AT CUSTOMS:

Specific requirements for startups (Alpha and Beta modalities):
- Less than 5 years old.
- Scalable business model oriented towards rapid growth.
- Have their own product or technology in operation.
- Not be a subsidiary of large corporations.
