Support for the promotion of innovative entrepreneurship in Asturias - Entrepreneurial voucher 2025

The Ministry of Science, Businesses, Training, and Employment of the Principality of Asturias launches the Entrepreneurial Voucher 2025 to support innovative entrepreneurship in the region.

With a budget of €680,000, these aids are awarded on a competitive basis and are aimed at facilitating the start of activity as a self-employed worker, either under the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA) or the Special Regime for Sea Workers (REMAR). In addition, they seek to attract talent, encourage the return of professionals, and invigorate the Asturian business fabric.

Each beneficiary will receive a direct grant of €10,000. The awarding will depend on the score obtained according to established evaluation criteria.

The aids are aimed at three profiles of entrepreneurs:

• Entrepreneurs: without previous experience in the economic activity they present.
• Re-entrepreneurs: with previous experience in the same activity.
• Business successors: who continue an existing business through transfer.

To apply for the aid, the project must be monitored for at least two months and have an innovation rating issued by an external expert. This work is carried out by public centers such as the Industrial City of the Nalón Valley and the European Center for Companies and Innovation of the Principality of Asturias, among others that may be incorporated in the call resolution.

This initiative is open to both residents and people living outside Asturias or abroad who wish to develop their project in the region. The Entrepreneurial Voucher is consolidated as a key tool to promote innovative entrepreneurship and strengthen the Asturian business ecosystem.
