Top 50 Entrepreneurship Awards 2025
The Emprendemos 2025 Awards aim to recognize, support, and give visibility to innovative companies with social, economic, and environmental impact, and with the greatest growth potential; and that contribute to the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
Andalucía Emprende announces the 12th edition of the Emprendemos 2025 Awards, under the slogan 'We bring your ideas to life,' in search of the Top 50 most innovative companies that use new technologies in their processes or procedures, as well as those that have embraced internationalization. This call also aims to foster alliances between entrepreneurs, entities, institutions, and organizations, promote entrepreneurial initiative, and collaboration with the Andalusian entrepreneurial ecosystem.
To this end, Andalucía Emprende will highlight:
- Innovation, impact, and creativity.
- Growth potential and generation of stable employment.
- Contribution to achieving the SDGs set by the United Nations.
- Use of new technologies in their processes and procedures (applied innovation, business digitalization).
- Commitment to internationalization.
- Being a reference for local development and territorial dynamization.
The selection process will be carried out in 4 phases:
- Pre-selection of 120 finalists, selecting a maximum of 15 companies per province.
- Selection of 64 finalists, selecting the 50 companies with the highest scores, who will receive a 'direct golden pass' to the next phase, and the remaining 24 companies will be evaluated by a Regional Technical Committee in the 3rd phase.
- Top 50 Andalusian companies: From the 24 companies indicated in the previous phase, the 10 with the highest scores will be selected. These, along with the 40 that received the 'direct golden pass' in the 2nd phase, will form the 2025 regional TOP 50.
- Regional final: A Regional Jury composed of entrepreneurs and representatives of prominent companies in the Andalusian entrepreneurial ecosystem, as well as business and finance experts, will be responsible for selecting from the TOP 50 the company with the highest component of innovation, impact, and creativity in Andalusia.
The regional decision will be announced at the awards gala to be held in June 2025 in the city of Almería.
Beneficiaries
Projects that have been users of any of the services provided by Andalucía Emprende or any other support instrument for entrepreneurship from the Junta de Andalucía, from any economic sector, with an innovative character, social and economic impact, and high growth potential, may submit their candidacy. Higher valuation will be given to companies that contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations, those that use new technologies in their processes or procedures, as well as those that have embraced internationalization.

- Created in the last 5 years, that is, established between 01/01/2020 and 31/12/2024.
- Being a self-employed individual or a company constituted as a legal entity for profit (S.A., S.L., Labor Societies, Cooperatives, Civil Societies) and having a registered office and tax domicile in Andalusia.
- Being a project that has been linked to the provision of services by Andalucía Emprende or any other support instrument for entrepreneurship from the Junta de Andalucía.
- Led by the founding partners, who primarily work in the company.
- Companies that are not publicly traded and do not exceed 5 million euros in annual revenue since their creation.
- Being up to date with obligations to Public Administrations.
- Presenting a business idea with a component of innovation, impact, and creativity in the product or service offered to the market.
- Not having been a regional winner of the Emprendemos awards in previous editions. Mere inclusion in the TOP50 list in a previous edition is not a cause for exclusion from this call.
