On a single page, set clear objectives, speed up execution and facilitate the generation of real opportunities: meetings, demos, sales or pipeline without compromising quality.

Checklist para tu sprint intensivo de ventas

The Intensive Sales Campaign Checklist Template is a practical and operational guide, presented in a single-sheet format,  thatbrings together in one place the essential elements of a campaign: objective, offer, audience, messages, assets, cadences, metrics, and Go/No-Go criteria. It proposes a phased verification system (Preparation, Execution and Closure) designed for startups or organisations that need fast traction with control, traceability and focus on measurable results.

Use it in 2-4 week launches, promotions, or engagement sprints ; when you're going to test a new segment, message, or offer; or when you need to urgently build pipeline and align sales and marketing teams around a simple, verifiable plan.

The aim is to accelerate time-to-market, reduce operational friction and maximise the return per euro invested.

The template includes a campaign header to set the goal and limits (main KPI, target audience, bid and CTA , channels, budget, and stop criteria) and a checklist by phase (Preparation, Execution, and Closing).

How is it used?

Before you start, name the sprint, define start and end dates, identify the person responsible and the support team, and write down a clear and quantifiable goal

Land the offer with a single CTA, describe the ideal one to your customer in a few lines, choose the channels through which you are going to contact them and establish a total budget with limits per day or week. Finally, decide which tools everything will be recorded with: your CRM or, failing that, a spreadsheet and your agenda.

In the preparation phase, define objectives precisely and study your audience to adjust tone, messages and media. Design the offer and review its value proposition, price, and urgency or discount levers. Compose messages per segment while keeping a single CTA to avoid friction. Decide what you'll invest in the sprint—hours, budget, and collaborations—and how you're going to distribute it. Select the channels your audience is actually on, create the creatives, and set up targeting to reach the right people. Close with a final review 24 hours before and make an explicit Go/No-Go decision: what's next and what's set aside in this sprint.

The execution lasts from one to three weeks. Start by verifying the essential minimums: crystal clear offer and CTAs, curated lists and validated contacts, pages and links tested with active measurement, real availability in the agenda and a dashboard with unemployment metrics and thresholds. On the first day, activate the channels and confirm that everything registers well. From there, maintain a daily 15-minute ritual to review contacts made, volume sent, responses, meetings, and cost per result, making micro-decisions each day. Respond to interested people ideally in less than an hour and record everything in your CRM or in your sheet.

Learn by testing only one variable at a time —subject, CTA, offer, or segment—and, if it doesn't improve in the defined time, pause and adjust. Control budgets and frequencies to avoid audience fatigue and, if bounces increase, complaints appear or the cost per result skyrockets, stop, correct and relaunch.

In parallel, set up robust tracking with UTM tags (parameters in the URL that allow you to track the source of traffic) or other attribution tools.

The closing and post-campaign come between two and five days later. Compare results versus the goal: leads, meetings or demos, opportunities or sales, revenue, and costs. Plan follow-up so as not to abandon those who showed interest; it thanks, confirms details if there was a purchase and offers an accessible support channel. Ask for feedback to improve the experience and design loyalty actions to keep the bond alive, such as exclusive content or loyalty programs. With all of the above, create a one-page report with learnings, settings, links,  etc., so that the next sprint starts better and faster.

Preparation usually takes between 60 and 90 minutes if you already have the basic assets. During execution, the daily tracking ritual takes 15 minutes. Closure and learning can be resolved in 30 to 45 minutes if the data is well recorded. To implement it, duplicate the template per campaign, populate the header, check boxes per phase, and log metrics daily. Don't forget to gather the team for 15 minutes each day to review and adjust.

With this tool, you'll have campaigns that go out faster, with less friction and more control. The team will know what to pursue, how to measure it, and what to adjust on a day-to-day basis, and you'll be able to repeat what works and quickly discard what doesn't.
