How to launch your first startup from any city in 30 days using AI

Launching an innovative project in just a few weeks is now a real possibility. Artificial intelligence, combined with agile methodologies, is making it easier to validate ideas, build products and access the market without depending on location or large initial resources.

IA

Platform ONE held the webinar "How to launch your first startup from any city in 30 days using AI" on 7 May 2026, a session focused on offering a practical roadmap to transform an idea into a functional project within one month.

The session featured the participation of Alberto González Bodón, Office Manager at C LAB and startup mentor, who explained the paradigm shift in project creation and the importance of execution speed and early validation; Lucía Carrasco Marcelo, technician at C LAB, who provided a practical perspective on how to build and test products through accessible AI-based tools; and Víctor Manuel Gragera Salcedo, Director of Operations at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Cáceres, who introduced the perspective of access to funding, networks and opportunities from territories outside the major traditional entrepreneurship hubs.

A 30-day process organised by weeks

The first block of the webinar was dedicated to contextualising the paradigm shift in startup creation and explaining how artificial intelligence makes it possible to accelerate development, validation and market launch processes. Alberto González Bodón, Office Manager at C LAB and startup mentor, explained the importance of execution speed and early validation compared to more extensive traditional models.

During his intervention, a framework structured in four phases was presented —problem definition, MVP construction, distribution and learning— which makes it possible to progress gradually within a short timeframe. Beyond a closed methodology, emphasis was placed on the idea that entrepreneurship should be understood as a continuous cycle of experimentation.

In this regard, Alberto González Bodón highlighted that "the key is no longer to build for months, but to go to market as soon as possible to learn from what users actually do". For her part, Lucía Carrasco Marcelo, technician at C LAB, underlined the role of technology as a process enabler, pointing out that "artificial intelligence makes it possible to reduce technical barriers and focus on what matters: validating that there is a real need and a clear value proposition".

Another relevant aspect was the importance of basing decisions on real market signals, such as user behaviour or initial interactions with the product, rather than more theoretical approaches. This approach makes it possible to reduce uncertainty and make decisions more quickly in the early stages.

C Lab as an entrepreneurship support ecosystem

The second block of the webinar focused on the role of the environment when starting a business, presenting C Lab as an ecosystem that connects talent, mentoring, companies and investment to facilitate the development of innovative projects.

This part addressed both the activities driven by the ecosystem —events, workshops or meetings— and the support programmes structured in different phases, highlighting how undertaking entrepreneurship within a community provides access to resources, knowledge and connections that are key to overcoming initial challenges.

As Alberto González Bodón pointed out, "starting a business alone is possible, but doing so within an ecosystem multiplies the chances of progress and avoids many mistakes". Along the same lines, Lucía Carrasco highlighted that "having mentoring, network and support makes it possible to speed up the process and make better-informed decisions".

This block conveyed the idea that, beyond technology, access to a suitable environment is a determining factor in driving innovative projects and facilitating their sustained growth.

Cáceres Investor Hub

The third block was dedicated to access to funding and the role of initiatives such as Cáceres Investor Hub, with Víctor Manuel Gragera Salcedo, Director of Operations at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Cáceres. During his intervention, he addressed how this type of network seeks to identify projects with potential and support them not only with investment, but also with contacts, visibility and strategic support.

Víctor highlighted the decentralisation of access to opportunities, stressing that "today it is not essential to be in the major hubs to access investment; the important thing is to have a solid proposal and know how to connect with the right ecosystem". He also underlined the importance of projects arriving prepared, with a clear and validated proposal, pointing out that "execution capacity and real market signals are increasingly valued over purely theoretical approaches".

This part of the webinar helped attendees understand the logic of access to funding in early stages, highlighting issues such as the identification of support networks, preparation of the proposal and planning of projects with impact from any location.

Entrepreneurs' experiences

One of the most valuable blocks of the session was the one dedicated to the real experiences of entrepreneurs, who shared their journey, the main challenges encountered and the lessons learned during the development of their projects.

Through these interventions, it became clear how the application of agile methodologies and artificial intelligence tools can accelerate the entrepreneurial process, but also the importance of adapting to the context and learning from mistakes. Among the ideas shared, it was highlighted that "starting with something imperfect but real makes it possible to progress much faster than trying to design a complete solution from the outset", as well as the relevance of the environment, noting that "having support, community and constant feedback makes a difference in the early stages of the project".

Overall, these testimonies offered a practical and close-up view of the impact of combining technology, methodology and ecosystem, highlighting both the ability to accelerate the entrepreneurial process and the need for proper adaptation to the context.
