How to use IPYME’s Grants and Incentives Search Tool to find the opportunities your project needs

The Business Grants and Incentives Search Tool is an initiative of the Directorate-General for Industrial Strategy and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. It brings together in one place all calls for applications published in Spain’s official gazettes and organizes them so you can quickly find the ones that best fit your project. The portal is updated daily and offers four main tools that make searching easier and help you avoid missing opportunities.
Here we explain how each section works and how to make the most of it:

1. Latest grants published.
   This is the most recent list of grants, subsidies, and programs included in IPYME’s official database, sourced from official gazettes.
   Updated daily, it allows you to see what’s new with no extra effort.

   How to use it:

• Check this section whenever you want to stay up to date without running advanced searches.
• Review each grant focusing on: beneficiaries, sector, deadline, and type of incentive.
• It is ideal if you are looking for newly opened calls or if you work in fast-moving sectors.

2. Search assistant.
   This is a guided tool that helps you find grants based on your profile, your needs, and the type of project you are developing. It is one of the main features of the IPYME search tool. 

   How to use it:

• Answer step by step: type of company, location, sector, project stage, and type of grant you are looking for.
• The assistant filters for you and returns only the grants that match your profile.
• Use it when you do not know exactly what to look for or when you want highly specific results without wasting time.

3. Dynamic grant guides.
   These are PDFs generated in real time that show only grants with an open application period. They are automatically updated every time you download them and are created by DGIPYME. 

   How to use it:

• Choose the type of guide and download it.
• You will get a clean, organized, and up-to-the-minute document.
• Perfect for consultants, project managers, or anyone who needs a complete overview of current opportunities.

4. Grant subscription.
   This allows you to receive email alerts whenever new grants related to your interests are published in IPYME’s official search tool.
