4. Likelihood: estimated probability that the factor will manifest or affect (High, Medium, Low).
5. Opportunity/Threat: classification of whether the factor represents an opportunity to be leveraged or a threat requiring mitigation.
6. Recommended action: measures, strategies, or plans to implement in response to the identified factor.
7. Responsible: person or department in charge of executing the follow-up or indicated actions.
