The District 2025

The District 2025 celebrates its fourth edition at Fira de Barcelona, focusing on real estate investment from a capital perspective. Under the theme “Ready, Set, Invest,” it will bring together key players from the global sector: funds, financing sources, public institutions, operators, developers, agencies, consultancies, and asset managers, among others.

Over the course of three days, the summit will serve as a strategic meeting point to share insights, present investment strategies, and anticipate the major macro trends set to shape real estate over the next 12 to 14 months. The agenda will focus on analyzing the impact of economic policies, geopolitical developments, and the evolution of financing models.

The District 2025 will feature more than 190 sessions across 8 vertical forums covering various asset types: residential, office and workspaces, retail, hospitality, industrial and logistics, data centers, infrastructure and energy, and alternative assets.

The 10 key topics to be addressed during the event include: megatrends, capital markets, global market outlook, ESG, the proptech ecosystem, services, emerging assets, fundraising, AI and technology trends, and affordable housing.

In addition, the event will promote a comprehensive strategic networking agenda, designed to foster partnerships and accelerate business opportunities. Highlights include the Leadership Summit, The District World Summit 2025, and the World-Class District Awards 2025.

The previous 2024 edition gathered over 14,000 attendees, more than 2,500 investors, over 350 representatives from the hospitality sector, and hosted more than 700 one-to-one meetings.
