The District 2026

The District 2026 celebrates its fifth edition at IFEMA Madrid, consolidating its position as a European event focused on real estate investment from a capital perspective. Over three days, the summit will bring together the most influential people in the sector: investment funds, financing sources, family offices, private equity, public bodies, developers, agencies, consultancies, and asset managers, among others.

Among the main topics to be addressed during the event are global megatrends, capital markets, the international market outlook, ESG and sustainability, the proptech ecosystem, services, emerging assets, fundraising, applications of AI and technology in real estate, and affordable housing.

In addition, the event will promote a strategic networking agenda designed to facilitate partnerships and accelerate business opportunities.
