IV Meeting Investing in Science IS Profitable

The event celebrates its fourth edition in Santiago de Compostela, establishing itself as a meeting space for the scientific, investor, and entrepreneurial community committed to promoting science and deeptech technology. Organized by Unirisco and the Xunta de Galicia, this meeting point aims to strengthen connections between research, business, and capital, creating a favorable environment for the development of scalable, high-value scientific projects.

The 2026 edition will focus on three strategic axes currently shaping the sector’s evolution: the role of artificial intelligence in humanizing services, scientific entrepreneurship as a means of knowledge transfer, and the profitability of investing in science-based innovation. Through presentations, dialogues, and networking spaces, the IV Meeting Investing in Science IS Profitable will foster interaction among researchers, entrepreneurs, and investors, creating opportunities for collaboration and project acceleration.

The meeting continues the growth path initiated in previous editions. In 2025, it gathered more than 400 participants and featured 80 speakers from various universities and innovation ecosystems in Spain and Europe, reinforcing its role as a reference forum for showcasing high scientific-technological potential initiatives.
