South Summit 2026

South Summit will celebrate its fifteenth edition at La Nave (Madrid) from 3 to 5 June 2026, consolidating its position as one of the leading international events for the entrepreneurial ecosystem, open innovation and investment on a global scale. After more than a decade connecting talent, capital and technology, the event remains a key space for the creation of strategic alliances and the drive for the growth of innovative projects. 

The event is aimed at startups, entrepreneurs, investors, corporates, investment funds, accelerators, universities and public bodies committed to economic transformation, sustainability and technological development. Madrid is once again positioned as a natural point of connection between Europe and other key ecosystems at international level.

The South Summit Madrid 2026 programme will address, in a cross-cutting way, the main challenges and opportunities facing the entrepreneurial ecosystem and innovation on a global scale. Throughout the event, issues linked to the growth and scalability of projects, the sustainability of business models, innovation with impact, the role of people in technological transformation and the evolution of emerging technologies will be discussed, offering a broad and connected vision of the current and future challenges of entrepreneurship.

South Summit Madrid 2026 will combine a high-value content agenda with spaces designed to generate strategic connections:

• Startup Competition: one of the most prestigious competitions in the international entrepreneurial ecosystem, open to startups from any sector, country and stage of development. It selects the 100 most promising startups worldwide, which present their project before an international jury of investors and corporates. 
• 1:1 meetings: personalised meetings between startups, investment funds and large companies to facilitate real opportunities for investment and collaboration. 
• Round tables and keynotes: debates with top-level speakers on innovation, technology, financing, talent, social impact and new business models. 
• Networking events: activities designed to strengthen strategic relationships among founders, investors, and representatives of companies and institutions.

In its latest edition, South Summit brought together a broad community from the entrepreneurial ecosystem, made up of more than 7,500 startups, more than 2,100 investors, representatives from more than 134 countries and more than 20,000 attendees, creating an ideal environment for the development of strategic relationships, business and investment opportunities, and international collaboration.
