Kit Digital, Kit Consulting, Connectivity Voucher, and Acelera SME Offices are initiatives of the Government of Spain aimed at driving the digitalization and modernization of Spanish SMEs, including startups and entrepreneurs. Es un Programa europeo de financiación que busca cerrar la brecha entre la investigación en tecnología digital y su aplicación en el mercado. Para ello, financia proyectos centrados en áreas tecnológicas clave con el fin de promover el acercamiento y la transformación digital de las empresas, ciudadanos y administraciones públicas.

La Asociación Española de Agencias de Desarrollo Regional, creada en 2007, agrupa organismos autonómicos de las 17 Comunidades y las 2 ciudades autónomas para ofrecer servicios a empresas y personas emprendedoras. 

Está dirigida por una Junta Directiva y un equipo de expertos que trabajan en áreas como emprendimiento, financiación, innovación, TIC, suelo industrial, atención al cliente y formación.
