The startup law includes tax benefits for companies, their investors, and employees. Below are the main benefits:

Benefits for Personal Income Tax (IRPF)

• An increase of 50% in the deduction on the IRPF for investments in newly established or recent companies.
• An increase in the maximum deduction base from €60,000 to €100,000.
• Improvement of the stock options compensation policy, raising the exemption amount from €12,000 to €50,000.

Benefits for Corporate Tax

• Taxation of startups at a reduced rate of 15% in the first year when the taxable base is positive.
• Deferral of tax debt for the first two tax years.
• Elimination of installment payments for 2 years to provide greater liquidity to startups.
